Sorry it has been so long.

I promise you, I will try to be better writing on this thing. Just need to start taking the steps to write… Perhaps I’ve had a bad case of writer’s block…. Lol.
I HAVE been hitting the gym and trying to get my health in order. Trying tour get my weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol in check had been a struggle. But I’ve committed myself to hitting the gym 4-5 times a week, been eating lots more veggies and juices and raw/whole foods and skipping a lot of processed stuff. Did some blood work the other day and all my numbers looked great so the work I’ve been doing had payed off so far. Now to keep at it, and keep improving.
